Each custom-made piece is crafted and set exclusively for you, in our workshop in Benin. Allow approximately 4 weeks for production after your project is confirmed.
TRACKED DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY
Tracked DHL Express delivery: €35 worldwide, free in Benin. Additional charges may be billed by DHL depending on the destination address or country (remote area, high-risk area, restricted destination); these are always subject to your approval before shipment.
Our team will send you your DHL tracking number on WhatsApp and remain available while your order is in transit.
RETURNS AND CUSTOM-MADE PIECES
A custom-made piece is created especially for you, based on your choices. It therefore cannot be returned or refunded. This is why we confirm every detail with you before starting.

Yes. All our stones are 100% natural.

From €200, depending on the piece, material, and stone chosen. The price is provided before any production begins.
Can I personalize a piece of jewelry from your catalog?
Yes. We can set your stone in it, engrave a name, initials, date, or symbol, or change the material.
How do I find out my size?
We will guide you on WhatsApp to take your measurements.
How does payment work?
Once your project is confirmed, you pay in full via a secure payment link (credit card), Mobile Money, or Wave.
What is the timeframe?
Approximately 4 weeks for production after confirmation, followed by DHL Express shipping. Delivery within 60 days at the latest after ordering.
Does the package really arrive from Benin?
Yes. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Benin, via DHL Express, with a tracking number.
Are the pieces of jewelry water-resistant?
We recommend avoiding repeated contact with seawater, perfume, or chemicals to preserve the shine of the jewelry and its stones over time.
