Each custom-made piece is made exclusively for you in our workshop in Benin. Allow approximately 4 weeks for production after your project is confirmed.
TRACKED DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY
Tracked DHL Express delivery: €35 worldwide, free in Benin. Additional charges may be billed by DHL depending on the destination address or country (remote area, high-risk area, restricted destination); these are always subject to your approval before shipment.
Our team will send you your DHL tracking number on WhatsApp and remain available while your order is in transit.
RETURNS AND CUSTOM-MADE PIECES
A custom-made piece is created especially for you, based on your choices. It therefore cannot be returned or refunded. This is why we confirm every detail with you before starting.

From €150. The final price depends on the piece, the material, and the work required. It is given to you before any production begins.
How do I find out my size?
We will guide you on WhatsApp to take your measurements.
Do you make wedding rings?
Yes, including in gold, engraved on the inside if you wish.
How does payment work?
Once your project is confirmed, you pay in full via a secure payment link (credit card), Mobile Money, or Wave.
What is the timeframe?
Approximately 4 weeks of production after confirmation, then DHL Express shipping. Delivery no later than 60 days after the order.
Does the package really arrive from Benin?
Yes. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Benin, via DHL Express, with a tracking number.
Are the jewelry pieces water-resistant?
We recommend avoiding repeated contact with seawater, perfume, or chemicals to preserve the jewelry's shine over time.
