THE STORY OF YIYIMÈ RACINE
Yiyimè means "that which moves forward". On each bracelet, the series of dots draw lifelines.
Racine, because it is the first. Other Yiyimè pairs will come, with three new beads: other colors, other textures, other materials. They will all start from this one.
For this first edition, we wanted to pay tribute to workers. Each bead is hammered in its own way, because life's encounters are never smooth. They leave textures, and these are what build us.
DESIGN YOUR PAIR
The pair brings together a beaded bracelet and a dotted bracelet. For each, choose the material and thickness:
- Bronze: a warm golden hue
- Copper: rosy reflections
- Three metals: twisted bronze, copper and white iron, our signature
- Thick for a bold presence, thin for subtlety and layering
Matching or mismatched, each combination is the same price. Both bracelets are made in the same size: 16 cm (standard size) or 18 cm (large size).

Bronze and copper develop a patina over time. A care video is sent to you after purchase.
MADE TO ORDER IN BENIN
Each pair is made especially for its future owner, in our workshop in Benin. Allow approximately 4 weeks of production before shipment.
TRACKED DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY
Tracked DHL Express delivery: €35, worldwide (excluding any additional fees charged by DHL depending on the destination address or country: remote area, high-risk area, restricted destination, always subject to your agreement before shipment).
After your order, our team will contact you directly via WhatsApp to send you your DHL tracking number and remain available during the transit of your order.
14-DAY RETURNS
You have 14 days after receipt to return your jewelry to us, unworn and in its original box. The return is made via DHL, at your expense.

Can I choose two different materials or thicknesses?
Yes. Each bracelet is composed separately, at the same price.
Are both bracelets the same size?
Yes. The chosen size, 16 or 18 cm, applies to both bracelets in the pair.
Can it be gifted to two people?
Yes. Each person receives their own pair: simply order two pairs, matching or not.
Can the beads be removed?
No. The beads slide freely along the bangle but remain attached to the bracelet.
Can I order a specific size?
Yes. In addition to 16 cm and 18 cm, we can make your pair in a specific size. You can contact us before your order for any clarification regarding the size.
Does the package really arrive from Benin?
Yes. All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Benin with DHL Express and a tracking number.
Are the jewelry pieces identical to the photos?
Yes. Each piece respects the design presented on the site.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
We recommend avoiding repeated contact with seawater, perfume or chemicals to preserve the jewelry's shine over time.
Why do the prices seem higher than some classic costume jewelry?
Our creations are handcrafted in small series or made to order, with texture, symbolism and finishing work that requires production time.
Are payments secure?
Yes. You can pay directly on our site, on a secure payment page (credit card, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Klarna). If you prefer to order with our team, or want customization of your jewelry, you can discuss it with us on our official WhatsApp (+33 7 82 24 31 46) and then pay via a payment link.
Will I pay additional fees upon delivery?
Depending on your country, customs fees or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of your territory. If you have a question before ordering, our team remains available.

What is the timeframe?
Approximately 4 weeks of production, then DHL Express shipment. Delivery no later than 60 days after the order.
